  • Coordinate recruitment activities, partnering with managers to attract and onboard quality candidates.
  • Partner with leadership to help implement employee wellbeing programs that support both physical and mental health, ensuring employees feel supported and valued.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to managers, helping them develop the skills needed to effectively manage their teams and improve team dynamics.
  • Act as a trusted HR point of contact for general HR queries, providing timely advice and support to managers regarding HR policies, procedures and people related processes.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, employment variations, performance reviews, compliance activities and offboarding.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, practices, and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with the organisation's goals.
  • Support managers in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new employees.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining HR-related training content and support the training team in ensuring employee training records are up to date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve HR systems, processes and service delivery.
  • Contribute to HR projects and organisational initiatives aimed at improving systems, processes and the employee experience.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance

What will make you successful:

  • Demonstrated experience in broad Human Resources Generalist role.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.

  • Self motivated and able to work autonomously while remaining connected to a collaborative team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Practical, solutions focused and confident navigating challenges in a professional manner.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
