Due to continued growth, Indie Education is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team based in Midland, WA
This is a hands on, generalist HR role suited to someone who enjoys supporting the full employee lifecycle and can confidently manage a varied workload across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, HR systems, policy administration and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Position Overview:
Unlike many HR Generalist positions, this role does not have primary responsibility for employee relations investigations, disciplinary or industrial relations matters. These functions are managed by a dedicated specialist team. Instead, you will focus on partnering with managers to deliver high-quality HR support, maintain effective HR systems and processes, contribute to strategic HR projects and support initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
We are looking for someone who can quickly become a trusted member of the team and bring practical HR experience gained across a broad range of generalist functions. This role is best suited to an HR professional with demonstrated experience working independently in a busy and complex environment.
