Our People Team plays a key role in supporting our Macmahon Winning Formula. You’ll work with skilled people who care about doing things the right way and contributing to our teams’ success.

In this role, you'll drive talent pipelining and manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for blue and white‑coloured roles. You'll work closely with project stakeholders to align recruitment rhythms with workforce planning, proactively source and screen candidates, and ensure full compliance with all due‑diligence requirements.

• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across our West Australian Surface Mining operations
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Ensure recruitment decisions align with Macmahon’s recruitment guidelines and policies.
• Coordinate all pre‑employment requirements including medicals, police clearances, qualifications, and working rights.

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
• Exposure to the mining or resources sector is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and best practice talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High attention to detail, strong time‑management, and the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Confident working independently on your portfolio while being a collaborative team player.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is beneficial (training provided if required).
• Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
• Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
