Generalist Lawyer | Boutique Law Firm | 3+ PAE or Senior (15+ yrs)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established boutique suburban law firm in Perth seeking a Generalist Lawyer to join their close-knit and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking for variety, autonomy, and genuine work-life balance in a practical, client-focused practice.

The Opportunity:
You will work across a broad generalist practice, including:

• Property and conveyancing matters
• Wills, estates and probate
• Family law (parenting and property settlements)
• Commercial and SME advisory work
• General civil matters (depending on experience)

You will manage your own files, deal directly with clients, and be supported by an experienced team in a collaborative environment.

About You:
We are seeking either:

• A junior–mid level lawyer with 3+ years’ post-admission experience (PAE) and an unrestricted practising certificate, OR
• A senior lawyer with 15+ years’ experience seeking a stable, flexible or reduced-pressure role in a boutique practice

You will ideally have:

• Broad generalist experience across multiple areas of law
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset

• Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
