What You'll Be Doing

Delivering leadership and capability programs.
Supporting talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
Driving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness projects.
Facilitating workshops, training, and development activities.
Partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
Using data and insights to recommend solutions and measure success.
Supporting change initiatives and embedding best practice OD strategies.

What we are looking for:

A solid understanding of Learning & Development or Adult Learning Principles.
5 years of experience in Leadership Development and Capability Development or similar.
Tertiary qualification in Education, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology or related fields would be advantageous.
Coaching and profiling qualifications would be highly regarded.
A strong understanding of leadership theories, talent management practices, adult learning principles, and emerging trends in these areas.
Advanced facilitation skills.
Exceptional communication and customer focus skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the organisation.
