About the Role The Operations Administration Officer plays a key role in coordinating the end‑to‑end processing of customer orders, from initial receipt through to completion and invoicing, while also providing comprehensive administrative support to the Gemco Rail office in Forrestfield, WA. The role is responsible for managing operational administration across the full job lifecycle, including SAP order processing, job creation, invoicing, reporting and document control. You will also support production and supervisors through WIP management, scheduling, customer and stakeholder liaison, compliance reporting and general office administration. This role will report to Operations Administrator Team Leader and collaborates closely with the Administration Team. About You
