Occupational Therapist – Community & Residential Roles

We’re growing and looking for Occupational Therapists who want to do meaningful work, build real clinical skill, and progress their career in an aged care organisation that puts quality over quantity.
The roles We have two positions available:

• Community-based OT
• Residential aged care OT

You’ll assess, plan, implement, and review interventions that genuinely improve function, safety, and independence.
What we’re looking for

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
• Minimum 12 months clinical experience in Australia
• Aged care experience preferred, but not essential
• Open to clinicians from other practice areas
• Confidence working independently with support when needed
