About the Opportunity

Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth, and security, while contributing directly to Australia’s national security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.

We are seeking Project Management Graduates who have recently completed a degree in:

  • Project Management
  • Business
  • Commerce
  • Construction Management

This is a structured 2-year program commencing in January 2027, located in Henderson, Western Australia. This program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to:

  • Launch and grow their project management career with a leading Australian defence organisation
  • Be exposed to, and collaborate with, various business units within ASC such as Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Program Delivery, Forward Planning, PMO, Supply Chain, Quality, WHSE
  • Plan and develop schedules for various business programs
  • Contribute to the identification of risks and support risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain project management systems to support governance, compliance, and reporting requirements across multiple programs of work

Eligibility

This role requires:

  • A current National Police Clearance
  • An Australian Defence Security Clearance

Your eligibility for this role is dependent on obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
