We are seeking a driven Structural Design Engineer to lead projects from concept to completion, taking full ownership of design integrity, performance, and delivery outcomes within a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment.

This role is ideal for an early career professional who thrives on accountability, technical excellence, and delivers fit-for-purpose structural solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis of existing communication structures.

• Checking of structural drawings.

• Design of new communication structures, foundations, mounting steelwork and ancillaries.

• Liaising with project managers and clients.

• Preparation of engineering documentation.

• Responding to client requests for quotations and preparation of quotations.

• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety and environmental systems

 The successful candidate will have:

• BEng(Hons) or MEng qualification

• 3-5 years' experience

• Structural steel and concrete design experience, preferably in telecommunications

• Knowledge of Australian Standards

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and SpaceGass

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD desirable

• Ability to work independently and as part of the team

• Excellent attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency

• Good communication skills, verbal and written

• Self-motivated, pride in work, proactive, driven with strong organisation and time management skills

• Must be an Australian citizen or have Permanent Work Rights
