Performance Mining is seeking an experienced and driven Workshop Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Pinjarra Workshop and oversee a small team delivering maintenance and repairs across a fleet of major OEM Heavy Mobile Equipment.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this is a hands‑on leadership role suited to a trade‑qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with strong technical capability and a proactive approach to leadership. You will lead from the front, supporting your team with diagnostics, fault finding, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective workshop operations.
This role will suit someone who takes ownership, sets high standards, and enjoys building a positive, high‑performing team culture while remaining actively involved on the tools when required.
