S26 Civil Supervisors (FIFO)

ECi Executive is currently partnering with several leading WA civil and mining contractors delivering major infrastructure, earthworks, utilities, roads, and resource sector projects across Western Australia.

We are currently seeking experienced S26 Statutory Supervisors to join high-performing project teams across multiple FIFO operations. These opportunities are suited to strong frontline leaders looking to join reputable contractors with ongoing project pipelines, supportive site cultures, and long-term career opportunities.

The Projects current opportunities have involvement across:

• Bulk earthworks and site development works
• Mining infrastructure and expansion projects
• Haul roads, access roads and road construction packages
• Water, sewer, drainage and utility infrastructure
• Underground services and civil infrastructure installations
• Camp, industrial and operational facility developments
• Resource sector infrastructure projects
• Tailings, drainage, culverts and associated civil works
• Greenfield and brownfield construction projects
• Large-scale civil construction packages supporting mining operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise crews, operators and subcontractors across active work fronts
• Coordinate daily site activities to achieve production targets
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety initiatives onsite
• Monitor quality, compliance and project deliverables
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, client representatives and site personnel
• Manage resources, plant and labour allocation across the project
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain project performance

About You:

• Current S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (essential)
• Previous experience supervising crews within mining, civil construction or infrastructure environments
• Strong background in one or more of the following:
  • Bulk earthworks
  • Civil infrastructure construction
  • Roads and transport infrastructure
  • Utilities, drainage and underground services
  • Mining infrastructure projects
  • Large-scale construction packages in remote environments
• Previous FIFO experience within WA mining or resource sector projects
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships across site teams
