This role suits candidates with strong experience in furnace operations, foundry environments, heavy industrial processing, or similar high-temperature production settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Furnace operations including hot metal handling, lancing and tapping
Monitoring and operating process plant equipment
Control room operations and process monitoring
Safe operation of mobile equipment and overhead cranes
Responding to process upsets and maintaining stable operations
Maintaining high safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards

Essential Requirements:

Proven furnace operations experience (hot metal handling preferred)
Process plant operations experience
Control room experience
Current Dogging Ticket (mandatory)
Experience operating or working around overhead cranes
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Mobile Equipment Experience:

Telehandler
Front-End Loader
Forklift
