About the Role

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer to join our team, supporting facilities located south of the river. This role will involve working across various Aegis facilities. They must be willing to travel between sites and use their own vehicle for work-related commuting.

 As an important part of the Aegis team, you will:

  1. Provide maintenance of buildings and equipment under the direction of the Unit and Facility Managers.
  2. Monitor effectiveness of completed work and report issues to the Facility Managers.
  3. Monitor and maintain required levels of stores and supplies.
  4. Carry out preventative maintenance program as scheduled. 
  5. Working across various Aegis sites (South of the river)

About You

To be successful in this position you will:

  1. Have a high attention to detail.
  2. Computer Competent.
  3. Experienced in report writing.
  4. Be able to communicate to all levels of employees, and customers.
  5. Be able to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment and autonomously.
  6. Have knowledge of general maintenance procedures and repairs.
  7. Hold a ‘Test & Tag’ Certificate desirable, however not essential. 

‘Working at Heights’ Ticket and a previous background within a trade will be highly desirable, however not essential.
