MEDLOG is a global logistics and supply chain operator, specialising in wharf cartage, container and warehouse storage and handling. Due to recent business growth, we are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Maintenance Administrator to support our transport operations and ensure our equipment remains safe, compliant, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on coordination and admin role working closely with our transport and maintenance teams.

 About the Role

 Reporting to the National Asset & Maintenance Administration Manager, you will support maintenance scheduling, record keeping, and creation of purchase orders for our maintenance administration. You will help keep our equipment on the road and ensure minimum operational disruption.

 Key Responsibilities

 • Support transport operations to maintain continuity of service
• Complete daily operational and compliance reports
• Maintain accurate asset, maintenance, and compliance records
• Coordinate supplies, invoices, and maintenance bookings
• Ensure all fleet and equipment remain compliant with legislative and operational standards
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure servicing is completed
• Identify, record, and escalate asset defects promptly
• Liaise with the transport team to organise inspections, servicing, and repairs while minimising downtime

What You Bring

 • Minimum 2 years’ experience in transport, logistics, fleet coordination

• Team Player

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Computer literacy (data entry, systems, basic reporting)

• Attention to detail

The following are desirable but not essential

o   Understanding of compliance, equipment standards or WHS

o   Basic Accounts knowledge

o   Workshop administration experience
