ARE YOU THE PERFECT FIT?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar automotive service and repair role
- Relevant automotive trade qualification
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Proven ability to support workshop operations and lead by example
- Experience mentoring apprentices and junior technicians
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about customer service and quality workmanship
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Unrestricted driver’s licence
- Full Australian working rights
- Available Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings
- Perform servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle faults
- Support the Workshop Manager with day-to-day workshop operations
- Act as the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth workshop operations and continuity of customer service
- Assist with job allocation and workshop efficiency
- Mentor and support apprentices and junior staff
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and accurate documentation
- Assist customers and front-of-house when required
- Maintain tools, equipment and safety standards
- Contribute to workshop productivity and performance targets
