Position Overview
As a Technical Service Advisor at mycar, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop team. You’ll support the day-to-day technical workflow, help solve problems, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident, valued, and genuinely cared for. Your goal? Deliver a smooth, cost-effective, high-quality service that creates an unforgettable mycar experience.

Success Profile

• A Cert III in Light Vehicle Automotive is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
• You hold a valid Australian driver's licence
• You put the customer first and know how to build relationships that stick
• You bring solid mechanical and tyre knowledge across different vehicles and brands
• You understand how a workshop runs and know how to keep things moving
• You communicate clearly and confidently, whether face-to-face or in writing
• You've worked in a fast-paced automotive or service role before
• You're a team player who fits well in a close-knit environment
• You're comfortable with computers, including Microsoft Office and everyday digital tools
