Our College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated science teacher to join our vibrant learning community. The successful applicant will be committed to excellence in teaching, passionate about student growth, and supportive of the Catholic ethos that underpins all aspects of school life.

We are looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging and rigorous Science programs across a range of year levels. The ideal candidate will bring strong pedagogical knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to contribute to the academic, spiritual, and personal development of our students.

• Plan and deliver high‑quality Science lessons aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum

• Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment that supports student engagement and wellbeing

• Assess student learning accurately and provide timely, constructive feedback in line with SCSA Achievement Standards

• Model and promote the Catholic ethos, values, and pastoral care principles of the school

• Develop innovative teaching resources and collaborate effectively with colleagues

• Engage in ongoing professional learning and contribute to cocurricular and whole‑school activities

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with students, families, and staff

• Uphold Child‑Safe School guidelines and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of all students

You will be a passionate teacher who:

• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and contemporary teaching practice

• Values relationships and fosters a supportive, respectful learning environment

• Is committed to continuous improvement and reflective practice

• Embraces the mission and values of Catholic education

• Works collaboratively and contributes positively to school culture

• Current TRBWA registration

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education and Science

• Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Working with Children Check

• Commitment to CEWA Child‑Safe Framework
