Nurse Educator - Management of Aggression Training (MOAT)

We are seeking a Nurse Educator MOAT to join our team. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the development, facilitation, implementation and evaluation of educational, professional development programs/resources and strategies for nursing and related services. Areas of accountability will include leadership, development, implementation and review of quality and safety initiatives, the setting of clinical standards, policy development and change management. The Nurse Educator will work in collaboration with colleagues and the Nursing Director and will practice within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
