Job Description

Start: September 2026 Position: Field Hands, Level 1 and Level 2 Location: South West WA - Waroona & Harvey Contract: Casual, up to 9 months We require 100 Level 1 Field Hands and 100 Level 2 Field Hands for work on farms in Waroona & Harvey. For Level 1 Positions, you will be paid as a Casual employee - hourly rate is $30.35 in line with the Horticulture Award. Level 1 Field Hand Position Tasks:

Picking fruit
Packing fruit
Weeding and Maintenance

For Level 2 Positions, you will be paid as a Casual employee - hourly rate is $31.19 in line with the Horticulture Award. Level 2 Field Hand Position Tasks:

Picking fruit
Packing fruit
Weeding and Maintenance
Machine Operation - Tractors

For all positions, onsite training will be provided to successful applicants and there is a potential to up skill based on performance. You may be promoted to Level 2 or Level 3 subject to your ability, performance or an increase in your skillset / qualifications. The work you will be doing is hard and physically demanding.

You must be physically capable of working on your feet for long periods at a time and be able to cope with repetitive manual labouring work. You can expect to work 30 hours each week (on average across every 4-week period), Monday to Sunday, generally between 7 am and 4 pm. You must be willing to work weekends to be considered for either of these roles.
