We are looking for a highly engaged Room Leader to join our team

In this role, you will: 

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive. 
  • Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
  • Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.  

What you bring to the table:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent. 
  • A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations
  • A warm and caring personality.  
  •  Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills. 
  • A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
