DIAL-AN-ANGEL Perth is seeking a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Childcare Worker to join our crèche team located in Perth (CBD). The successful candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being while engaging them in age-appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for children in the crèche, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
Monitor children’s behaviour and intervene when necessary to support positive interactions.
Assist with feeding, nappy changing, and toileting as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the crèche area, including sanitising toys and play equipment.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing feedback on their child’s time in the crèche.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and childcare regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a childcare or crèche setting.
Valid WA Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Current Police Clearance Certificate – no disclosable court outcomes.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Understanding of child development and behaviour management strategies.
Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a passion for working with children.
Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
