Application Requirements:

 Selection Criteria:

  • Commitment to Catholic Ethos: Ability to support and embody the Catholic ethos in all duties.

  • Special Needs Support: Skills in engaging with and supporting students with special needs, including those with high medical, mobility, cognative and behavioural needs.

  • Student Relationships: Ability to develop positive and trusting relationships with students, supporting their engagement, wellbeing, and regulation.

  • Team Collaboration: Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team with other staff members.

  • Interpersonal and Organisational Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

 Qualifications Required:

Certificate Four in Education Support.

Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School (or willingness to attain this)
