SOEL are recruiting for a Manager at our North Fremantle centre, the position is full-time 38 hours, Monday to Friday. 

Responsibilities of this position do not include enrolments, accounts, marketing, advertising, or recruitment. 

You are:

• Responsible for the management of the Centre

• Confident liaising with families, company owners and external agencies

• Professional in your leadership and training of staff

• Passionate about proving the best education and care for children

• Committed to ongoing learning and a best practice approach

• Collaborative with your management team, educators, and care givers

• Engaged with the children, their families, the educators and the wider community on a daily basis

• Supportive of the staff in implementing developmentally appropriate programmes for children

• Dedicated to ensuring the Centre exceeds quality assurance requirements

 You have: 

• Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification

• Previous experience managing a long daycare service

• The ability to develop and coordinate projects

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience managing teams

Full-time Permanent Position*

* Applicant must be able to work 38 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am-6.00pm.
