Position Overview:
AddBG is currently seeking applications for a qualified & skilled operator to join our project team, building on-site remote accommodation villages around WA.
Position with growing business
Perth based role with intermittent visits to site.

What we are looking for:
Experience in Non- process Infrastructure or commercial construction
Degree in architecture , engineering, or relevant industry experience
Proficient in revit, AutoCAD , Sketchup, Navisworks , MicroStation desirable
Architectural drafting experience
Detailed design coordination including background management and clash detection with other design disciplines
Intermediate/ Advanced in Microsoft Office Software
Experience in drafting SOW documents for trade package works
Scheduling and take off experience for construction quantities and materials
Recording and distributing technical and design queries
Draft requests for quotations / tenders as directed
Participate in the value management process during design including product or system investigation
Participate in the assessment of tenders / quotations for suitability
Record meeting minutes as required
Perform doc control activities as required
Reviewing , recording, and collating quality documentation for MDR, IOM submissions including all technical data
Construction White Card (essential)
National Police Clearance (essential)
Able to pass random drug and alcohol screening and pre-employment medical and physicals
