At ERGT, we’re not your typical training organisation. We’re a purpose-driven, values-led team focused on building capability, confidence, and safer outcomes across high-risk industries.
We believe in hands-on learning, strong team culture, and creating real impact for our people and the clients we support.
Think realistic scenarios, teamwork, problem-solving, and plenty of learning by doing.
BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training)
This is where serious skills meet high-energy, practical training.
BOSIET is all about getting people out of their seats and into action. Building confidence in environments that simulate real offshore emergencies.

Helicopter Safety & Underwater Escape Training (HUET) using CA-EBS
Sea survival activities - life rafts, teamwork challenges & problem-solving

Basic firefighting & smoke escape techniques
First aid in offshore environments
Emergency escape procedures (ECHUTE)
This is a dynamic, physical and highly rewarding role.
You’ll see confidence grow in real time as participants realise they can handle high-pressure situations - and that’s what makes it so fun to train.
From day one, you’ll be supported by a trainer-focused development program, including:
A structured development plan
Ongoing support throughout your first six months
Guidance from experienced trainers - you'll never be expected to figure it out on your own
