We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team for projects located in the north-metro area.

A bit about the role…
Reporting to our Building and Construction Managers, key tasks include but are not limited to:
Constructing single, two storey and unit developments in the metro area.
Ensuring builds are to the highest quality, on time, within budget and in accordance with relevant building codes, OHS, specification, and company procedures.
Conducting daily site inspections.
Call forward job programming.
Co-ordination of suppliers, trades and sub-contractors including approving/managing invoices.
Effectively managing builds to ensure the most efficient job flow and progression across all sites.
Monitoring quality and performance of suppliers, trades and materials.
Utilising your knowledge and experience of construction to identify opportunities for improvement and to effectively problem solve.
Working closely with Housing Administrators to provide regular and accurate progress updates to clients.
Liaising with staff to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Delivering exceptional customer service to all company stakeholders, building effective professional relationships with trades and suppliers.
Building strong relationships with all clients, staff, trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Now a bit about you…
The successful applicant will possess:
A C-Class driver's license.
Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Resourcefulness and self-motivation.
A high level of organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work effectively unsupervised while being a team player.
Sound knowledge of Building Codes.
3+ years local experience in a similar role.
An existing trade base (if available).
