Redink Homes is looking for a Trainee Construction Supervisor. If you're eager to grow your leadership skills and build a rewarding career in residential construction, we'll provide the training, support, and opportunities to help you succeed.

The Role

In this role, you will assist in managing a portfolio of residential home builds from slab down, ensuring construction is completed safely, on schedule, and to Redink Homes' quality standards. Working alongside experienced supervisors, you'll coordinate trades, support client communication, monitor workmanship, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of residential construction management.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes, or be willing to be supported to achieve these:

  • Experience in the residential construction industry, either in a trade-based, site-based, or relevant office-based role (such as Scheduling), with a genuine interest in developing a career in construction supervision.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exposure in customer facing roles with the ability to build positive relationships amongst trades, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ClickHomes is desirable but not required as taining will be provided.

  • Valid WA Driver's Licence.

  • Valid White Card (WA Construction Induction Card).

The successful applicant will be required to provide a Police Clearance valid within 3 months of commencement and have current and valid work rights in Australia.
