C6 Crane Operator – Full-Time (Metro Work Only)

JGB Cranes is seeking experienced C6 Crane Operators for full-time metro taxi hire work. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team working across city-based projects — no FIFO.

About the Role
You will be operating a range of cranes including 16t City Cranes (Tommys), TIDD's, and providing support on 55t cranes when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum C6 High Risk Work Licence

• Minimum RI (Rigging Intermediate) High Risk Licence

• Minimum HR manual driver’s licence

• Proven experience operating cranes in metro/city environments

• Ability and willingness to work as a dogman/rigger when required

• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as needed

• Willingness to complete site inductions and medicals

• Strong teamwork and customer service skills

• High level of safety awareness

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently on metro job sites

• Complete pre-start checks and required paperwork

• Undertake JHAs, SWMS, and Take 5s

• Report incidents, near misses, and equipment issues promptly

• Maintain compliance with all safety and operational procedures
