We are investing in our safety function and looking to bring on a proactive Safety Advisor to help drive a strong safety culture, support our leaders, and enable safe, effective operations. This role delivers practical, data-informed SHEQ outcomes by influencing behaviours, building capability, and embedding sustainable safety practices that support compliance, operational success, and leader accountability.

• Partner with leaders to strengthen safe work practices
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Support incident investigations and drive corrective actions
• Ensure alignment with WHS legislation and company standards
• Engage crews through toolbox talks and on-site presence
• Identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement

• Experience in a Safety Advisor or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation
• Confident engaging with and influencing frontline teams
• Experience in incident investigation and reporting
• Relevant WHS qualification (Cert IV or higher preferred)

• Competitive salary range $95000 - $120000 per annum + super
