We have a current need for Support Workers based in the following areas; Midland, Middle Swan, Guildford, High Wycombe, Forrestfield and surrounds

About the Role

You will provide person-centred support including:

  • Personal care
  • Community access & social support
  • Domestic assistance
  • Disability support
  • Mental health support
  • Promoting independence and achieving individual goals

We match our staff to our clients carefully to ensure the right fit and continuity.

What We’re Looking For:

To be considered, you must have:

  • Cert III (or IV) in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
  • A genuine passion for person-centred care
Experience working in disability and/or mental health will be highly regarded.
