The business is active across the country, undertaking developments on their own as well as with joint venture partners. Their pipeline consists of residential and industrial land subdivisions and select built form projects, as well as expanding interests in agriculture and other asset classes.
Operating from their West Perth head office, the business is known for moving quickly, making decisions without layers, and giving individuals direct exposure to leadership and outcomes.

Salary sits between $150K - $180K + Super, aligned to experience.
Bonuses will be paid on a discretionary basis, linked to your performance. Annual salary reviews will take place around the same time. Selective employee investment opportunities are also available.
The OpportunityThis is a newly created role, designed to bridge the gap between development delivery and investment activity as the pipeline continues to grow.
Reporting to the Head of Investment, you will take ownership across land subdivision projects while supporting acquisitions, feasibilities and investment decision-making.
You will be involved across the full lifecycle, from early-stage due diligence through to delivery, with exposure to multiple active projects including industrial estates and residential subdivisions.
Over time, there is scope to move into industrial and residential built form projects as capability is demonstrated.
