About The Role
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This is not a traditional EA role — it is a strategic, outcomes-focused position designed for a professional who manages ambiguity, operates with autonomy, and contributes at a business-wide level.
This role has been reimagined to elevate executive support beyond diary management. You will be a trusted operator who ensures the CEO and ELT function at pace, with clarity and impact, in a fast-moving and often changing environment.
The CEO travels extensively and requires someone who can proactively anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support to a globally active CEO, managing complex and some changing schedules, travel, and priorities.Coordination of Board meetingsMake timely, sound decisions with incomplete information, using judgement and contextIdentify inefficiencies and lead improvements (e.g. reviewing and optimising meeting cadence and ways of working).Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation and externally.Be highly proficient with systems and tools, taking ownership of execution in supporting the ELT.

Proven experience operating at a senior EA supporting executive leaders in a global reaching businessExpertise in coordinating board meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, board paper distribution, minute-taking, stakeholder liaisonThe confidence to work autonomously and make decisions, even when direction or information is limitedStrong judgement and an ability to balance pace with quality of decision-makingA natural ability to build relationships and influence outcomes through clear, effective communicationA highly organised, adaptable and proactive approach to workStrong IT and digital capability, with a self-sufficient, solutions-focused mindsetAlignment to a flat, low-hierarchy environment, where outcomes are achieved through collaboration—not authority
