What you’ll do: 

You won’t just manage calendars, you’ll strategise, organise, anticipate, and keep the wheels of the business turning smoothly. The majority of your role will be working with the owner, here is a taster of what you are getting into.
  • Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, managing calendars, inboxes, travel, document formatting and report preparation so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Stay one step ahead by tracking actions, following up on key items and making sure decisions actually turn into progress
  • Be the connector across the business, building strong relationships with stakeholders, tenants and contractors while keeping everything moving
  • Jump in where needed, supporting teams, lifting standards and helping shape and protect a culture people actually want to be part of
  • Own the front-of-house experience, leading reception, setting the tone for the office and ensuring it is always covered and running like clockwork
Who thrives here?

You're a seasoned EA who knows how to navigate with intelligence and composure. The owner works fast, thinks big, and is clear on what he wants.  You don't wait to be told what to do, but you also read the room. You can make a case clearly and professionally, and when a decision's made, you commit to it.

What you bring: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an EA supporting C-suite or senior leadership, ideally in professional services.
  • A reputation for staying composed under pressure, getting the details right and solving problems before they escalate.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
