The Opportunity
Our client is a recognised market leader with a strong reputation for quality products, innovation and customer service. They are seeking an energetic and commercially minded Aftermarket Sales Executive to drive growth across Western Australia and South Australia.
This is more than a sales role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted partner to customers, helping them maximise value from products and services while identifying opportunities to support their ongoing success.
You'll inherit an established customer base while being encouraged to develop new relationships, grow market share and uncover untapped opportunities throughout your territory.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Building and strengthening relationships with existing customers
Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the territory
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers across WA and SA
Developing territory plans, sales strategies and forecasts
Providing regular reporting on customer activity, pipeline and market trends
Working closely with the broader sales team to achieve business objectives
Representing the business at trade shows, industry events and customer functions
Resolving customer issues and delivering exceptional service
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
Proven experience in sales, account management or business development
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
The ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your territory
A proactive and customer-focused approach
Strong planning, organisation and reporting skills
Commercial acumen and a track record of achieving results
Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
A willingness to travel throughout WA and SA as required
