We are currently recruiting for a Service Supervisor for our Kalgoorlie Service Centre. The position is on a 8/6 Roster. This position will provide an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to a successful Service Centre and team at large.

Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below:

• Promote and maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Machine rebuilds, midlifes and PCR
• Pre delivery Projects

• Coordinate Field Service

• Manage site based Technicians
• Coordinate and supervise technicians to deliver exceptional service
• Build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service
• Identify and coordinate employee training and development needs
• Apprentice program management
• Rock drill and component overhauls

The successful applicant must have:

• Extensive multidisciplinary supervision knowledge and experience in an OEM environment
• Relevant Trade Certificate
• Planning and resource experience
• Effective people management and leadership skills and experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving ability and trouble shooting skills
• Commitment to providing quality customer service
• Ability to handle and work under pressure
• Good report writing ability and proficient computer literacy


You must be a strong team player with a positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations. In addition, Epiroc is committed to safety, health, the environment and quality and we need you to be too.


As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen amongst other verification requirements.
