Electrician Supervisors

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors for our clients' accommodation refurbishment projects across the Pilbara region of Western Australia (FIFO).

This opportunity is with a leading contractor delivering electrical and HVAC refurbishment, maintenance, installation, testing and commissioning services across BHP accommodation villages as part of the WAIO Room Rejuvenation Project.

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, refurbishment, and testing works across accommodation village projects
• Lead electrical teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to project schedules
• Ensure all electrical works comply with BHP standards, Australian Standards, WHS legislation, and company procedures
• Coordinate labour, materials, shutdown requirements, and room allocations to support project delivery
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and ensure defect-free completion of works
• Manage permit systems, isolation procedures, and high-risk work activities
• Support project reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking requirements
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Maintain strong HSE leadership and promote a positive site safety culture
• Liaise with project teams, site stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

• WA Electrical Workers Licence or recognised electrical trade qualification
• Previous experience supervising electrical works within mining, construction, maintenance, or refurbishment projects
• Capable of holding a Section 26 Statutory Appointment (S26)
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, electrical compliance, and WHS legislation
• Experience coordinating electrical crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Strong understanding of permit systems, isolations, and high-risk work environments
• Current LVR/CPR certification
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work effectively in remote FIFO environments and under tight project deadlines
