Position Overview
As one of our Customer Service Advisors, you will play a crucial role in driving and connecting service delivery and technical requests. You will help support the workshop function from a technical perspective and build long lasting relationships with our customers by providing a high-quality, cost effective service leaving them with a unforgettable mycar experience.

Success Profile

Strong customer service with a focus to maintaining good relationships
Excellent mechanical & tyre knowledge across a range of vehicles and brands
Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive (preferred)
A sound understanding of the workflow management of an automotive workshop
Valid Australian drivers licence
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Proven experience in a similar high paced role
Ability to work effectively within a close-knit team environment
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite of programs
