Customer Service & Installation Officer

CurtainWorld is one of Western Australia's most established and respected window furnishing companies, proudly serving homeowners and businesses for over 50 years. With a reputation built on quality, craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, we specialise in the manufacture and installation of premium curtains, blinds, shutters and outdoor products throughout WA.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Installation Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension for the right candidate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team within a growing, industry-leading business.

Working closely with customers, installers, production teams and suppliers, you will manage installation schedules, allocate jobs, monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep customers informed every step of the way. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that requires excellent communication, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee installation schedules and installer workloads to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

  • Liaise with customers regarding appointments, progress updates and enquiries.

  • Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on time.

  • Work closely with production, purchasing and installation teams to coordinate workflow.

  • Assist in resolving installation, service and customer-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.

  • Support the wider operations team with administrative and coordination tasks as required.

About You
  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination or administration.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Experience within window furnishings, construction, manufacturing or home improvement industries is advantageous but not essential.
