We are a busy mining and exploration supplies company located in Malaga, and we are currently seeking a customer service assistant to join our well-established and growing business.
The role will include reception duties, answering phone calls and processing customer orders plus other general admin duties.
The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday from 7:45am to 4:00pm. You will need to be a diligent worker, have the ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring good attention to detail at all times. Great customer service and a “can-do” attitude is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
Reception duties (answering phone calls & greeting customers)
Processing customer quotes and orders via phone and email
Processing customer invoices
Organising freight for customers
Liaising with the purchasing and warehouse team
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a similar admin role preferred, but not essential
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Hardworking, reliable and punctual
Excellent communication skills
