We are looking for an energetic and proactive Service Coordinator to join our Service Department.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our technicians are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling and coordinating service technicians across multiple locations

  • Managing customer bookings, appointments, and service requests

  • Prioritising urgent breakdowns and maintenance activities

  • Communicating service schedules and updates to customers and technicians

  • Preparing and managing work orders, service reports, and customer records

  • Supporting technicians with job information, documentation, and parts coordination

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Conducting customer follow-ups and helping drive exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency and processes

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a compressed air expert, we can teach you that!

What we do need is someone who can confidently manage competing priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll bring:
  • Previous experience in a Scheduling, Service Coordination, Administration, or Customer Service role

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in scheduling, service coordination, administration, or customer service roles is required

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Simpro Software experience highly regarded!

  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience within a technical, trades, industrial, mining, mechanical, or service-based industry

  • Knowledge of compressed air systems or industrial equipment and simpro software
