Ultra Tune Osborne Park is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our busy and growing automotive service centre.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well established business with a strong reputation, loyal customer base and experienced team. Even more exciting, we will soon be relocating to a brand new purpose built workshop, giving you the opportunity to lead the team into a modern facility equipped with the latest equipment and improved customer amenities.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day to day operation of the business. You will lead the workshop team, ensure outstanding customer service, manage workflow and productivity, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop workshop and front office staff

  • Manage daily workshop operations and workflow

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns

  • Monitor productivity, efficiency and profitability

  • Ensure quality control procedures are followed

  • Manage scheduling, rostering and staffing requirements

  • Maintain workplace health and safety standards

  • Build relationships with customers, suppliers and fleet clients

  • Drive sales and business development opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry requirements

About You
  • Previous experience managing an automotive workshop or service centre

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Sound understanding of workshop operations and profitability

  • Automotive trade qualification highly regarded

  • AVE accreditation desirable but not essential
