Being WA farmers for the past 50 years, we strive to provide grower direct product at farm gate prices to our stores. We’re super excited to welcome new faces to the Spudshed family! If you’re passionate, reliable, and eager to get involved, we’d love to have you on to lead our team.

Instituted in this role is a tailored training program, typically lasting up to 3 months, depending on your experience. Training will take place across at one of our store locations; designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for success.

Upon completion, you’ll have the opportunity to transition seamlessly into a Customer Service Manager role.

As you progress into a Customer Service Manager, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as having excellent leadership skills to train and develop a new team. Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one!

LOCATION: Our brand new store located in Ballajura WA!

Responsibilities

Customer Service Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain service standards by developing your team and ensuring correct house-keeping is maintained for cleanliness and safety

• Ability to meet rostering and wage control requirements

• Driving team culture in line with Spudshed values

• Finding new ways to improve our Customers shopping experience

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and problem solving

• Strong leadership skills

To be successful in this role you must be Customer focused and passionate about maintaining an excellent Department standard.
