About the role

BNK is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with strong written and verbal skills with recent banking experience including Transactional and Deposit Accounts. 

Recent Banking Experience is essential to this role.

Utilise your exceptional customer service and communication skills by helping to provide banking solutions to our valued clients. 

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a banking customer service environment

  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written 

  • Possess a growth mind-set and be a team player 

  • Customer resolution experience

  • Ability to work across multiple platforms in order to manage payment processing, transactions and investigations

  • Able to deliver outstanding customer service to our customers while working under pressure

  • Attention to detail

  • Exceptional ability to interpret and deliver responses in a manner that is clear and concise

  • Display enthusiasm in your work
