As Client Services Lead, you'll play a critical role in supporting advisers, coordinating client service activities, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery across the business.
Working closely with advisers, directors and support staff, you'll help manage advice implementation, oversee key administrative processes, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day guidance and support to the Client Services team.
Manage the implementation of financial advice recommendations and client applications.
Prepare and review client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate client meeting preparation and follow-up actions.
Liaise with product providers and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate client records and workflow management systems.
Support advisers with client servicing, workflow coordination and administrative requirements.
Assist in driving consistent service standards across the support team.
We're looking for an experienced financial planning support professional who enjoys delivering exceptional service and takes pride in the quality of their work.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience within a Client Services, Practice Support or Financial Planning Administration role.
A strong understanding of the financial planning process and advice implementation.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Experience using Xplan (highly regarded but not essential)
