We are seeking to establish a pool of Manager Corporate Services for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

We are proudly located on Wadjuk Noongar Boodjar. We learn and play on the land and in the water that has been cared for by elders past, and are learning to connect with and care for our land and waterways from the traditional landowners who walk on our journey with us.

The Role

The Manager Corporate Services, provides comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components, namely financial, physical, and human resources. In this role, you would play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This involves supervising school support staff, guiding them in the meticulous administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your adept management ensures that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.

A core aspect of your role would be to administer and report on the financial integrity of the school's business operations. This includes offering valuable input into financial planning and budgeting, where your insights play a role in ensuring the fiscal health of the school. Your strategic involvement in the development of Business and Marketing Plans, in collaboration with the Principal and the Executive Management Team, underscores your commitment to the school's long-term objectives. In our school the Manager Corporate Services plays a vital role in the monitoring and management of ICT resources and equipment. Candidates who can display this knowledge would be highly desirable.

    • Demonstrated sound financial management skills, including budget preparation and the ability to interpret and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures.
    • Demonstrated sound human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide input into the development, implementation and monitoring of business and marketing plans.
    • Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
