About the Client:
Our client delivers advanced water and wastewater treatment solutionsproviding design, engineering, operations and maintenance services to support sustainable water management across municipal and industrial sectors.
About the Position
This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering business administration activities across the WA operation. You will provide hands-on support across procurement, accounts administration, travel coordination, facilities, and general office management. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, you will ensure processes run efficiently, systems are maintained accurately, and a high standard of service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate business administration activities across the site
Manage travel bookings and reconcile related expenses
Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support accounts functions
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and accounting partners
Maintain office facilities, supplies, and equipment
Support onboarding, inductions, and employee administration
Manage document control, filing systems, and databases
Assist with freight, logistics, and order fulfilment
Support QHSE documentation and compliance activities
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in a business administration or office management role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
Experience using accounting or ERP systems (Xero highly regarded)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Current WA drivers licence
