Powerfleet is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing finance and business operations team.

Reporting to the Financial Director, the Financial Analyst will support business decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and performance insights across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends and business opportunities

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts and budget models

• Support strategic planning and business performance initiatives

• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and performance metrics

• Monitor business performance against budgets and forecasts

• Assist with financial modelling and investment analysis

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management

• Work closely with operational and finance stakeholders across the business

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline

• Experience in financial analysis, reporting or business insights

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools desirable

• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
