About the Company:

Flexi Staff Group Pty Ltd is a West Australian-owned and managed labour hire company that offers recruitment and staffing solutions to a broad range of industries specialising in blue-collar, trades, healthcare, hospitality, and white-collar roles.

Due to our continuous growth, we are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Manager.

The Position:

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing an existing client base whilst also being proactive in developing new business.

Working closely with our operations team, your duties will include:

Manage existing business relationships to achieve revenue targets
Grow client relationships and a strong client portfolio
Strategically plan and prioritise sales actions through call plans, cold calling, and seeking cross-selling opportunities
Qualify job specifications, negotiate pay and charge rates, finalise arrangements between candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
Ensure all account activity is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system
Keep detailed records of customer meetings & actions through the use of software application
Work within a dedicated recruitment team to ensure efficiency and clear outcomes

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience within the labour hire industry (preferred but not essential)
Proven record to achieve and exceed revenue targets
A proven track record in acquiring new accounts, lead generation, appointment setting, and generating orders from new and existing clients
You will have the ability to deliver over and above client expectations
Have the ability to build long-term client relationships
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve personal and team goals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Essential Criteria:

Current WA C Class Drivers Licence
Previous relationships and sales experience in similar role
Proficient in MS Office Suite/CRM software
Excellent personal presentation
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
