OFFICE MANAGER

Oceanian Migration and Education Services

Location: Unit 167/15 Aberdeen Street, Perth WA 6000

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and improve office administration systems, procedures and work processes to support efficient business operations.
  • Manage the daily operations of the office and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Organise office resources, equipment and supplies to support the smooth running of the business.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, allocate work and monitor their performance.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate business records, client files and office documents in accordance with company policies and Australian regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor office expenses, process invoices and maintain administrative and financial records.
  • Liaise with management, migration professionals, education consultants, accountants, suppliers and other service providers to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Oversee the purchase and maintenance of office equipment, technology, stationery and other business resources.
  • Establish work priorities, allocate responsibilities to administrative staff and monitor workflow to ensure office objectives and service standards are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and relevant legislation.
  • Prepare operational reports, review office processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and client service.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, internal meetings and administrative support activities to ensure effective communication across the business.

Essential Requirements: 

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant full-time experience in office administration, office management or a similar supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional office environment.

Work Location

This is an in-person role based at Oceanian Migration and Education Services, Perth, Western Australia.
