About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support across a range of business areas. This role will support day-to-day operations, including reception, general office administration, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including typing, filing, accounts support, and meeting coordination
  • Deliver reception and switchboard services, managing incoming calls and enquiries
  • Respond to client enquiries, ensuring a high level of service and timely communication
  • Direct enquiries appropriately, escalating more complex matters to relevant staff
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
About You
  • Demonstrated administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Additional Infomation
  • Hours: 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week)
  • Contract: Short-term temporary assignment
  • Security Requirement: Police Clearance required
