Administration Assistant

FORTH Consulting are multi-discipline engineering consultants with a project portfolio of building and infrastructure developments covering all sizes and market sectors throughout Australia. Based in West Perth, Forth is rapidly expanding due to the demand for its superior service and efficient design.

Our Administration team are seeking a suitably experienced full-time Administration Assistant. This role requires a proactive individual with the following responsibilities:

·         Meet & greet visitors

·         Answer phones

·         Manage incoming email

·         Data entry, forms and registers

·         Maintain office supplies

·         General office organisation

·         Filing and archiving

·         Preparing proposal templates

·         As well as other ad hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidates will offer:

·         A proactive nature and willingness to learn

·         Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills

·         Be able to demonstrate effective planning and organising skills

·         Excellent computer skills with a good proficiency in office applications such as word, excel, powerpoint and outlook
